Alternate names such as aliases, maiden, previous surnames or nicknames associated with the consumer's file. [ Top ]

Consumer's Social Security number and other Social Security numbers reported on the consumer's file in descending order based on number of occurrences reported, an asterisk denoted any SSN not matching on inquiry. Also, consumer's year of birth or date of birth. [ Top ]
